Job Description
|
A leading provider of subsea systems for oil and gas production is currently looking to recruit a Subsea Systems Engineer to work in Norway on a contract basis.
Duration: 6 month renewable contract
Work Tasks and areas of responsibility:
Concept design, system design, detail design, calculations and preparations of drawings, equipment lists, etc
Establish P& ID and Flow diagrams
Interface management
Establish and perform project safety studies / analyses
Establish operational- and user manuals
Participate in tender work
Participate in study and concept activities
Education and Experience:
Degree in Engineering (MSc/BSc), preferably Mechanical-, Marine-, Control- or Cybernetics engineering
Solid background from engineering, design, construction, fabrication and operation of subsea or offshore oil & gas production systems
Testing and operational experience
Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner.
Some travelling is expected.
