Job Description

A major oil and gas company is currently seeking a HSE Specialist Industrial Hygiene to work in the Asia pacific region. The role will be based out of the CBD located offices with regular travel to the LNG facility.
The successful candidate will be reporting to HSE team lead and will be responsible for providing HSE, hygiene and toxicology specialist to the Australiasian business unit.
Core functions of the role include:
- Develop strong relationships with key internal customers and stakeholders.
- Develop external relationships with the community.
- Flexible working attitude with HSE support with out of hours emergency response plans.
Previous experience in control, review and implementation of company Industrial Hygiene Exposure Assessment Plan (IHEAP).
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similiar position, preferably with Oil & Gas experience. They should ideally have a university level degree in Science / Applied Science with specific training in OHS.
