Job Description
|
A major Owner currently has a need for a RegFrame Technician to join their team in Calgary, Alberta on a contract basis.
Roles and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including word, excel and powerpoint
- Knowledge of databases an asset (the program is an ExxonMobil proprietary software)
- Will be responsible to compile and help deliver training for users of RegFrame
- Able to compile stewardship reports including representation of data in Excel or PowerPoint format
-Responsible to notify and manage upcoming deadlines in system and work with users to close out items
- Some technical knowledge of regulations would be an asset
- Some data analysis required
Note this is not a 'traditional' admin type position, this is administrator for a software system, more of an analyst than an administrator.
